06 Aug Celebrating the End of Year…and Saying Goodbye to Our 8th Graders!
The last full day of school was fun packed! No homework! Extra recess! Lower School Wiffle Ball vs. Staff! Upper School Kickball vs. Staff! And a @KonaIceExperience of Carroll County snow cone break courtesy of The Legacy School Parent Group PTA for all students in Primary, Lower School, and Upper School!
A treasured tradition at The Legacy School is the Clap Out for 8th Graders on the last full day of school! Led by School Counselor Ms. Kristen and a team of teachers and tutors, Primary, Lower School, and Upper School students made signs, practiced cheers, and gathered at Lion Island on The Legacy School campus to say goodbye to the Class of 2025 8th Grade Graduates!
Did you know that children can enter The Legacy School at different ages? This year’s 8th Grade Graduates started in 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 5th Grade, 6th Grade, and 7th Grade. For more information, email legacy@legacyschoolmd.org.
